How do I confirm my tour booking?
Full payment (100% in advance) is required to confirm the tour booking.

The tour uses New York City public transportation, including:

All transportation listed above is included in the tour price.
How are hotel rooms arranged?
Hotel accommodation is based on double occupancy, with two travelers sharing one queen bed.
Single room accommodation is available upon request for an additional fee.
Is the tour price different for children?
No. Children and adults are charged the same tour price.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If a traveler cancels the tour after booking confirmation, only $500 will be refunded.
This is because hotel accommodations, tour guide services, and group-related expenses are booked and paid in advance.
The tour will operate with or without the individual traveler.
Can I transfer my tour to another person instead of canceling?
Yes. Tour bookings are transferable to another person at no additional cost, provided the replacement traveler meets all tour requirements.
What happens if the tour is canceled due to force majeure?
The tour company is not responsible for cancellations caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond the companyβs control.
In such cases, travelers will be eligible to join a future tour, subject to availability.
Is this a walking-intensive tour?
Yes. This is a walking-heavy city tour, and travelers should be comfortable with moderate daily walking.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The tour is wheelchair accessible, and travelers using wheelchairs are welcome to join the tour.
Public transportation and major attractions included in the itinerary are generally wheelchair friendly.
